Justin Bieber is no stranger to the world of fashion. Alongside creative director Ryan Good, the singer founded Drew House in 2018, a clothing line which features yellow as its signature color and specializes in loungewear such as slippers emblazoned with smiley faces. While Drew House is still active, Bieber has recently been teasing an even more ambitious line known as Skylrk (stylized SKYLRK), and it looks like a launch of the new label is now imminent. 

Over the last year, Bieber has been sporadically spotted in mysterious sneakers believed to be prototypes from the Skylrk brand. That theory was all but confirmed in April when another one of Bieber’s business partners, Neima Khaila, shared images of Bieber poring over the details of some of the same sneakers he had been previously spotted in.

The line is highlighted by a chunky, mesh-based model featuring a TPU cage which wraps around the foot and has been previewed in a number of variations by Bieber and Khaila. Bieber has also been photographed wearing other Skylrk-branded sneakers, including a leather-based model with puffy paneling, on numerous occasions.

Beyond athletic footwear, the singer recently teased molded foam slides and clogs, fuzzy slippers and more shoes which are believed to be tied to the Skylrk label. 

A 2023 US Patent and Trademark Office trademark filing reveals a logo for the brand, describing it as “two connected, abstract rectangles of different sizes with rounded edges above the word SKYLRK in stylized form.”

In terms of planned output, one of Skylrk’s trademark filing lists sneakers and boots, T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatsuits, hoodies and jackets as items that will bear its branding. A second filing covers eyewear product including fashion sunglasses, eyeglasses and glasses cases.

An April Instagram story shared by Khaila offered a further glimpse behind the curtain, revealing that the Skylrk brand has been years in the making. 

“We been calibrating for like 3 years, they not ready bro,” Khaila wrote.

While Bieber already has experience in the fashion world with Drew House, Khaila also comes from a clothing background. Khaila was CEO and co-founder of Pink Dolphin, a Los Angeles streetwear brand which had a decent amount of popularity during the 2010s. Pink Dolphin’s presence has waned in the years since, and Khaila has now distanced himself from the company he helped start.

The Skylrk brand name is connected to past Bieber lore. In 2018, the artist posted an Instagram photo alongside entertainer Bella Thorne with the caption “Meet SKYLARK TYLARK (my alter ego).”

After months of teases, it appears that the Skylrk brand is finally ready for a roll out. On Monday, Bieber updated his Instagram bio, replacing @drewhouse with @skylrk, perhaps signaling the beginning of a new era. The Skylrk Instagram account is currently blank, but there’s a skylrk.com site where fans can sign up for updates.

Out with Justin on June 22 in New York, Bieber slipped on a pair of black satin slingback pumps. With the ankle strap offering extra security, the shoes featured a sharp toe, narrow heel and a shiny finish. The heels complemented a lacy black jumpsuit and oversized floor-length leather jacket.

Leaving dinner with her husband in New York on June 23, Bieber flipped the color scheme to wear all-white, contrasting the outfit from the day before. Bieber looked stylish in a loose, satiny asymmetrical dress that featured shawl sleeves and a turtleneck. Her shoes were a unique pair of cream-colored leather pumps with a higher-than-normal vamp and square toe.

For a June 23 New York pop-up event related to her skincare brand Rhode, Bieber went for a monochrome beige look. She wore a long dress with an oversized blazer, which were accompanied by pointed-toe pumps featuring a subtle pattern.

Bieber wore a casually chic outfit for an outing to Nobu Malibu in July, keeping it classic in blue jeans, a white shirt and a black leather jacket. A pair of trendy kitten-heeled slingback pumps added flair to the ensemble with a sheer upper and black cap toe.

One side of the hem hung only to her mid-thigh while the other side reached her ankle, creating a sleek diagonal line across her body. The dress also included a turtleneck and shawl sleeves that reached the elbows. The Rhode founder accessorized with black sunglasses and gold earrings, visible with her hair slicked back in a sleek updo.

Bieber matched her dress to a distinctive pair of heels. The closed-toed pumps were made of a thick leather material that covered approximately half of her foot and included a square toe in the front. The leather appeared to be relatively flexible, allowing extra movement and comfort for the wearer. While the back was elevated on a thin stiletto heel, the front included a subtle seam bifurcating the shoe.

Spotted right beside her while out in the city, Justin Bieber opted for more casual attire, contrasting his wife’s elevated glamour. He wore a simple fitted white tank top and a pair of baggy gray shorts. On his feet, Bieber slipped on a pair of black slides from his Drew House label with white crew socks. The superstar and soon-to-be-father loves a cozy shoe, having just worn fluffy Louis Vuitton slippers in April.

Hailey Bieber and husband Justin Bieber are having a baby. The couple announced that they are expecting their first child via an Instagram post on Thursday.

In the photos, the Biebers appear to be renewing their wedding vows as Hailey is dressed in a white lace gown, showcasing her baby bump. In other shots, Justin can be seen photographing his wife as she poses in a grass field.

The two first tied the knot in September 2018 after a two-month engagement.

Just one year prior, Hailey — whose surname was Baldwin at the time — sat down with FN for a cover story where she opened up about her career and life ambitions. Now, it appears to be a moment of manifestation. The then 21-year-old said, “My whole thing is that I want to get married and have kids and have a cute house — I’ve always said. That’s long-term.”

In the interview, Hailey also said a major milestone she’d like to hit was to land her first Vogue cover. And that she did. In 2019, she and Bieber were photographed by Annie Leibovitz for the March issue.

At the time, Hailey was being honored with FN’s Style Influencer of the Year Award. And while she was being praised for her sense of fashion, the Rhode Skin founder admitted to be inspired by other fashion stars — namely Victoria Beckham. “My friends always joke with me that my style as a person would be an ‘expensive wife,’ but not really because I’m also like 12,” she said. “[Beckham] is the definition of an ‘expensive wife.’ She’s chic and cool, and she just crushes life. I’m obsessed with her style.”

Justin Beiber was spotted at low-key celeb hotspot Sushi Park in Los Angeles on Wednesday looking uber-casual in Pharrell Williams-designed Louis Vuitton shearling slippers. The comfortable shoes are the LV Footprint low boot and feature an oversized round design.

Bieber wore the Louis Vuitton slippers to eat at Sushi Park in West Hollywood with friends. The strip mall joint is a favorite of the Biebers, along with Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello (who lives in Paris). Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Beyoncé and Jay-Z and many other celebrities have been spotted at Sushi Park.

Bieber is often seen wearing casual designer get-ups, pairing his expensive sweats with sneakers or Crocs while out with his wife, Hailey Bieber. The famous couple was seen in December in Los Angeles, with him wearing what looked like white and blue Nike basketball shoes and her pairing black Mary Jane ballet flats with white socks. In November, he was spotted walking in L.A. in large black patent leather boots reminiscent of clown shoes. At the 2023 U.S. Open in September, he paired his baggy jeans with a pair of blue, white and neon yellow “Honeycomb” New Balance 550 high-top sneakers.

Bieber made a surprise appearance at Coachella Weekend One during Tems’ set, along with WizKid, to perform their collaborative remix of the 2021 smash hit “Essence.” While Hailey Bieber wasn’t seen at dinner, she made the trek out to the desert music festival with her beau.

Hailey Bieber was spotted out in Los Angeles with her husband and musician Justin Bieber on Thursday.

Worn with chunky white ankle socks, the model sported a pair of black Mary Jane-inspired women’s ballet flats. The hybrid pair featured matt leather uppers that transitioned into thin strappy construction accompanied by square toes with and coordinating black leather buckle closures fitted with silver hardware. The straps were extremely reminiscent of a classic Mary Jane silhouette.

The flats sat atop what appeared to be short square heels that lifted Hailey’s heels just a smidge. Ballet flats are a go-to style for many celebrities, Hailey included. Justin and Hailey Bieber attended the 2023 U.S. Open yesterday in New York. The couple watched Coco Gauff go head-to-head with Elise Mertens during the third round of the women’s grand slam tournament. In the end, Gauff took home the win.

Justin Bieber laced up a pair of blue, white and neon yellow “Honeycomb” New Balance 550 sneakers in a high-top style. Justin’s kicks were crafted of leather and mesh uppers and featured white lace-up closure and the emblematic NB logo printed on the toes, tongue and sides in yellow and blue. The chunky retro-inspired shoes also had thick and flexible rubber soles that offer cushy and comfortable support. Justin styled his sneakers with white ankle socks.

The hitmaker was outfitted in a white tank top layered underneath an oversized black leather jacket crafted of glossy patent leather. On the bottom, Justin donned baggy light-wash jeans, offering his look a casual touch. His pants fall under the category of “mom” jeans given their slouchy appearance. Justin Bieber was casually dressed as he accompanied his wife, Hailey Bieber, at the Krispy Kreme and Rhode Skin event in New York City on Monday — Hailey was promoting the launch of her skincare brand’s latest product, Strawberry Glaze Peptide Lip Treatment.

The “I Don’t Care” singer slipped into a pair of yellow Crocs for the occasion. The iconic clog silhouette was worn with the heel strap forward, laying just above the circular cutouts along the rubber upper. The slip-on set was customized with an assortment of Jibbitz on both pieces. 

Later, he was seen riding a CitiBike through the streets of Manhattan.

Justin wore a light gray zip-up hoodie and paired it with matching sweat shorts with a ribbed waistline. The singer completed the look with a light pink graphic trucker hat with the side and back mesh panels facing forward. 

Meanwhile, Hailey opted for a red strapless a-line mini dress with gold jewelry that featured strawberry earrings and a sparkling “B” pendant chain. She paired the silhouette with patent leather mules with a stiletto heel that was about 5 inches tall. She completed the look with a red leather shoulder bag. 

Last month, we saw the couple taking a stroll with their dogs while in Malibu. Justin stepped out to grab lunch in a cream zip-up hoodie and sneakers while Hailey opted for a light trench coat and a pair of gold-embellished flats.

The two are infamously known for making appearances in uncoordinated outfits. On rare occasions, they will both step out in streetwear style like last month in NYC when the model wore a baby tee with loafers. Between the couple, their extensive shoe closet includes various sneakers styles from brands like Superga, Nike, New Balance and Off-White.
