Serena Williams attended the Artistic Gymnastics Women’s Team Final during day four of the 2024 Paris Olympics alongside her daughter Olympia Ohanian. Other notable attendees included Natalie Portman, Bill Gates, Michael Phelps, Nicole Kidman and Spike Lee, among others.
For the event, the retired tennis pro laced up a pair of Nike Zoom Vomero 5 sneakers in “Racer Blue.” Repping her partnership with the brand, Williams’ sneakers featured bright blue mesh and leather uppers accompanied by standard lace-up closures and flexible foam midsoles making for the perfect blend of style and performance. Metallic silver swoosh detailing can be found on the sides, offering the silhouette a high-shine eye-catching touch. Rubber outsoles round out the set, providing traction and durability.
Williams is a long-time partner with Nike. Since signing with the footwear mogul in 2003, Williams has been a featured face of the brand and has continued her partnership with the company even after her retirement. The former tennis star also has partnerships with Wilson Sporting Goods, Gatorade and Tonal.
